Eco-Socialists Party Manifesto

The Present  Political and electoral system in Great Britain is corrupt to the core. The political leaders say we live in a free country, a democratic Country. What lies!  We are living in an Elected Dictatorship.

The Eco-Socialists Party aims to change all that. To reverse the crime that is destroying this Country. To give the people a voice, to give them inalienable rights, and give the people faith in those that run the country on behalf of the People.

The Eco-Socialist Party put the needs of the environment first, then the justice and rights of the people, then the financial and business sector. Without a Healthy Earth, the Eco-Socialist Party, believe justice, rights, and business are worthless.

The Eco-Socialist Party will install a Constitution, that gives all the people a right to legal representation, and not to be bullied or abused, to a Free education, to Free and all inclusive Healthcare, to Protection by the Police, the Justice system, and the Army, and from their excesses. No one has to sell their own property if they can afford to keep it, which means Compulsory purchase will be stopped.

There will be a compulsory Identity Card for all citizens of this country. Many years ago when people lived in smaller communities, everyone knew each other. The local Bobby and shop keepers knew the age and identity of little Tommy Brown. Now People know fewer others in an ever increasing community, and shopping has become centralised, so shop keepers etc. need some way of know if someone is under age, and a Policeman to know who an individual is. The ID card will be issued at the age of 16 years old, and will only contain the individual's, National Insurance number, Full Name, Date of Birth, and a Photograph. This will be guaranteed in the Constitution, nothing can be added.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe that every person should have enough money to live on, including PENSIONERS, "a guaranteed income linked to earnings".

The Eco-Socialist Party have planned political reforms, which would stop our representatives from being intimidated by the Party, by recognising the practices of the Whips office as undemocratic. MPs will have to sign a truth covenant, and breaking it would mean being dismissed as an MP, and in extreme cases will be permanently disqualified from all political office. The Intentional misleading of Parliament will not be tolerated as it has done for many years, as it not only brings Parliament into disrupt, but also gives a bad example for Society.

During Parliamentary questions, ALL questions must be answered to the satisfaction of the Speaker, who can ask additional questions if an answer isn't clear, or there is a failure to answer a question, and may continue until He is satisfied, or a Valid excuse is offered for not answering. For example " The answer you seek is unknown to me at this time, I will bring the answer next time." or "I am unable to answer at present due to State Security, so I will give an answer under advisement from the relevant authority next time".

As the Speaker will have all these new powers, they will have to be elected nationally.

If a Member of Parliament knows someone is LYING, and can prove it, they may call the Member a LIAR. If they falsely claim that someone has lied, they will be suspended from Parliament for ONE MONTH without PAY.

All government statements will be announced by the Civil Service, so that no government spin can be included. The Civil Service will also be able to challenge statements made by public officials, if they lie.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe certain rewards will be restricted, because they have been devalued by governments. Sports and entertainment persons will no longer be able to receive a KNIGHTHOOD for acheivement within there chosen fields. Knights should be people who act Selflessly, with Bravery, and Honour. Sports people especially act for their own interests, and will be rewarded by their own sport. Anyone acting out of dishonourable will lose their Knighthood. Knights will be elected by a Parliamentary Majority. 

The Voting system will also be changed to one of consensus within the Houses of Presentation. Wales and Scotland will have totally devolved power.

The House of Lords will be totally elected, but not along Party political lines, the House of Commons chamber will be overhauled into a circular chamber  only for the English Representatives, and a new British Parliament Chamber will be established in Stoke-On-Trent or nearby, and each of the three nations will have equal Representation in that House.

The electoral system will be reformed to a hybrid of the present system of First Past the Post and Proportional Representation. Party dogma will die and personal convictions will dictate. All votes and other acts by an MP in the Parliament will be reported back to the constituencies in the press, so people know if they are carrying out their commitments, or contradicting them. The people will be ruled by consensus, and support for a policy.

MPs, Civil Servants, Teachers, Doctors and medical staff, Firemen, Policemen, etc. will get free housing, and all their wages will be linked, where by if MP vote themselves a pay rise they automatically award the same percentage rise to all other paid State employees. This the Eco-Socialist Party believe will curb the MP's greed while rewarding other staff fairly. Free housing mean a reduction in wages to offset this generous allowance. Only travel carried out in the carrying out of duties can be claimed. There will as be a living allowance only to be claimed in the performance of Parliamentary business outside of the Capital, and constituency, and a food allowance for bills incurred during the performance of duty. This will need a referenum to change.

Under The Eco-Socialist Party  Public transport would be improved  greatly. No new Road would be built, and Green Belt will be protected.

Building on Green Field site will be banned until all brown field sites are used. High rise housing's will be replaced will four storey housing. All future housing will have a size limit.

Flood planes will be deem unsafe for building, and should anyone go against this ruling, they will be liable for any flood damage caused by their development in imperpetuity.

Under The Eco-Socialist Party Nuclear Power would be stopped and replaced with alternative forms of bio-degradable, renewable, green fuels.

Organic food production will be encouraged to the point where intensive farming will be deemed cruel. All Genetic Modification will be criminalised. 

The Eco-Socialist Party recognise Gulf War Syndrome as real.

Cars will be changed to green fuel, not oil based. More cycle ways would be made. Road Tax, and Car Insurance, will be put on Fuel, and instead of a Road Tax Disk being displayed, a M.O.T Disk will instead. This will stop people driving without Tax or Insurance, and foreign visitors will be instantly covered. It also puts a slightly higher cost on Fuel, but makes it more economic, to own a car but not be pressured into driving it.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe ALL Public parking space must be Taxed, to stop Out of Town developments, and to encourage public transport. Also retail outlets must provide the option of delivery for large or heavy purchases.

Recycling would be made compulsory, new taxes on paper will be imposed to stop over use of the press advertisement.

The Eco-Socialist Party will encourage alternative medicine, and anyone with a permanent illness will get free perscriptions for vital drugs.

The Eco-Socialist Party also believe in a citizen's right to Dignity, and this will be in the Constitution, so that if a person's dignity is undermined by ill health, that person, or members of their family can order a premature end be brought to their life, as  Doctors already do for the terminally ill aged.

The Eco-Socialist Party will encourage heterosexual formalized partnerships, i.e. Marriage. Make underage sex illegal, and enforcing the age of consent, as in statutory rape, and parents could go to Prison. The Age of Consent will be written into the Constitution, and will be 16 years old.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe that when a couple decide together to have a child, both parents must give permission for an abortion. In that situation, unless the father is dead, mentally incapable, or absent, the mother should not be able to make that decision alone.

The Eco-Socialist Party consider homosexuality to be a mental illness.

Introduce Social Education to schools, enforcing moral behaviour, and good social interaction, as well as learning about the Constitution.

Equalize the law of Alcohol, drug, and tobacco. Canabis and Tobacco will have equal legality. Other drugs will be reviewed, so as to be available under perscription only. Chemists will need special certificates to serve these Drugs even under perscription. Drug dealers will be moved, and tagged, as long as they co-operate with the police. If they fail to divulge their supplier, they will be executed.

Double Jeopardy will remain, but in the Constitution, under the individual's right to Justice, if justice can be proved in a court of law, not to have been carried out, a Case can be re-opened.

Mental Health, or temporary insanity are not reasons to be shown leniency in a criminal case.

This Justice amendment can also be used to challenge lenient sentences.  

Inheritance Tax will be changed so that Tax will only be paid on monetary legacies, and Real Estate. If the recipient has no home of their own, they will receive money to buy an average three bedroom house, and all other money and property will be Taxed at 40%. Not having a Will will not effect the tax burden of the recipient.

Enforce the decency watershed, in all the media. No Sexual, Violent or Profane images before 21.00. All publications should have a certificate.

The Eco-Socialist Party will introduce a progressive income tax system, using a computer model.

Ulster, Gibraltar, and the Falkland Islands will be repatriated to Eire, Spain, and Argentina. Any person in those Isles will have the right to return to their Mother Country. We will pursue ways of helping the governments of former colonies return to normal.

England would cut off all contact with Israel, and China until they change their policies towards the Palestinians, and Tibetans. The Eco-Socialist Party would recognise both Palestinian, and Kurdistan as sovereign states, and would try to mediate a permanent solution to Kashmere.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe in Fair Trade, and we will discourage the exploitation of poor countries. A Company whose Head office is in a different country from it's place of production will pay far more in import duties. We will make it illegal to sell Arms to Tiranical governments.

Economic immigration and political asylum seekers will not be able to stay permanently in England, only until their country is normalized. There will be specially constructed Villages for those who enter the country. They will get ration books for buying things in the village. Different villages will be set up for different ethnic groups, and each religion will be given a place for prayer. Where these people have come across safe countries, they will be returned to the first safe country outside their homeland, and would give financial assistance to that third country.

Prison sentences will be avoided where possible, but if there is a need for people to be imprisoned, it will be for a lot longer, and violent criminals will be most severely dealt with. Murderers, Rapists, and Pedophiles with never be release, and there bodies will be Cremated within the Prison.

If someone lies to get a person imprisoned for Rape, whether it was the alleged victim, a policeman, or a member of the Court, they will have to serve the same proportion of the sentence that the alleged criminal severed.

The Death Penalty will be debated with the hope of executing the most extreme offenders.

The Eco-Socialist Party will Double the number of policemen, and build emergency staff  accommodation for those working particularly in the Home Counties. Selling those homes, many years ago, was almost fraudulant.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe that Justice will mean Justice, and not the present situation.

The Justice System will also be reformed. A Panel of Judges will judge the guilt of any case. This will be in a Public court. Only in an appeal should a Jury be used to judge a case. All the participants of the Court would have to sign a pledge of Honesty, and failure to carry out their duty honesty will lead to a perjury case against that member of the court in the same as against the criminal.

The Eco-Socialist Party want more affordable housing.

The CSA will remain, and parents will not be able to neglect their children.

Vivisection will be outlawed. There is no excuse for torture, and cruelty to animals in a civilized society, and it will not be Tolerated.

All Blood sports will be far more controlled, but people can hunt legitimately, under license, but without hounds. A clean kill is the aim of the Eco-Socialist Party. All Hunters will require a license. Failure to follow the guidelines of the license will lead to the lose of it. Hunting without a license, will mean being tagged, and banned from hunting for life. Fishing will be classed under hunting. Hunting is about food. The Eco-Socialist Party believe that a fox has as much right to kill a chicken, or to a certain area of land as a human being, so the responsibility must be on the farmer to guard his property better, not to kill the intruder, whether human or not.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe that whether or not it is too late, All Genetic experimentation will be stopped.

The Eco-Socialist Party believe that it would be advisable to remain in a European Community, but if Brussels tries interfere in any of the elected policies, then England would have to withdraw from the Project.

The British Isles will have it's own fishing territory, and anyone non-British fishing boat caught in our territory will be arrested, and the boat confiscated. Also we will not accept French Nuclear Testing in the Atols, and if it happened again, there would be a total trade war with France.

There will also be a review of the relationship with the United States of America, over their policies.
